Our 8-hour program, covering the basics of operating a judgment enforcement business. Program includes topics such as;
The structure of a Judgment – How to find Judgments to Enforce – Marketing & Advertising – Assignment of the Judgment – Investigating the Judgment Debtor – Developing an Enforcement Strategy – Courtroom Etiquette – Debtor’s Rights & the FDCPA – Setting Up Your Judgment Enforcement Business – Procedures for: Writ of Execution, Earnings Withholding Order, Bank and Other Levies, Keepers and Till Taps, Debtor’s Examinations.
This program is a prerequisite to upgrade from provisional to regular membership unless licensed attorney, juris doctor or certified paralegal.
Breakfast ( 8:00 am to 9:00 am) and Lunch ( 12:00 am to 1:00 pm) is included.
Cost is $ 175 for CAJP members and $ 200 for non-members, through October 9th, 2017. Late registration costs $ 25 extra per person. Price includes a training book (approx. 300 pages).
Members can bring guests, to class, at membership prices.
